2.What the appointment covers

We answer messages, record what was asked and what was done, and hand anything that needs a decision to the client’s own staff. We are not the managing agent and we hold no mandate over any property. The client remains responsible for the property and for the decisions taken about it.

Where a number is live, every message sent from it is sent on that client’s behalf and at their instruction.

3.The numbers themselves

Each number is held by KIRAZ PARTNERS and operated for the client named against it. That is why the company behind the number and the name on the number differ, and why this page exists: so anyone who needs to confirm the connection can, without asking us.
