Deleting your data
You may require Kiraz Partners to delete the personal information it holds about you. This page sets out how to make that request and how it is handled.
In effect 21 August 2026
1.Making a request
Send a request to hello@rello.work with the subject “Data deletion request”, stating:
- 1.1your name;
- 1.2the telephone number you messaged from, or the email address on your account; and
- 1.3the agency you dealt with and, if known, the property or unit concerned.
No reason need be given.
2.How a request is handled
- 2.1Receipt is confirmed in writing.
- 2.2We may require further information to verify your identity before acting.
- 2.3Where you hold a Rello account, we act on the request and close the account.
- 2.4Where you are a resident, owner or contractor, the information is held on the instruction of the agency you dealt with. The request is referred to that agency, and you are told to whom it was referred.
- 2.5A request is completed within 30 days. Where more time is required, you are notified before that period expires and given the reason.
3.Limitations
- 3.1Rello keeps an append-only record. On deletion, personal information is removed or de-identified and only the fact of the event, its date and the unit concerned are retained.
- 3.2An agency may be required by law to retain certain records, including a lease and its payment history, for a period after your dealings with it end. Where that applies, you are told which record is retained and for how long. It is not used for any other purpose in that period.
4.Messages held by WhatsApp
Deletion by us does not delete a conversation held by WhatsApp, on your device or by Meta Platforms, which retains its own copy under its own terms. Deleting a conversation on your device does not delete the record held by Rello.
5.Other rights
Rights of access, correction, objection and portability, and the authorities to which a complaint may be made, are set out in the privacy notice.
